Ms. Rong has been mainly involved in corporate non-financial (ESG) information disclosure, and consulting and research services in the field of green finance, such as ESG due diligence and green bonds verification. She was also involved in some biodiversity conservation projects in NGOs as internship programs before.

Ms. Rong holds a Master on Environmental Science and Law from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor on Biology from Nanjing University.

Mr. Long has been mainly involved in corporate non-financial (ESG) data analysis, and is responsible for business affairs of China SIF and digital marketing. Before joining SynTao Green Finance, Mr. Long has five years of systematic learning in the field of economics and policies of sustainalbe development, having a solid theoretical foundation.

Mr. Long holds a Master on Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment from the University College London and a Bachelor on Energy Economics from Renmin University of China.

Dr. Jia has been mainly involved in corporate non-financial (ESG) data analysis. Before joining the SynTao GF, Dr. Fan Jia works as an ESG Data Analyst in Unilever (Univest Company B.V., in-house service provider to Unilever pension plans), providing ESG research support and ESG strategy and practice integration into pension scheme investment product.

Dr. Jia holds a Ph.D in Organization and Entrepreneurship from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a Master in Finance from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.

Ms. Hu has been mainly involved in research and consulting services of Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) and green finance. She also has experience in Private Equity investment analysis.

Ms. Hu holds a Master on International Political Economy from King's College London and a Bachelor on Economics and Finance from The University of Hong Kong.

Ms Li, as an ESG analyst, is invloved in evaluating listing company's ESG（Environmental, social and governance） performance. Ms Li has a solid theoretical background on tranditional finance and carbon finance.

Ms Li holds a MSc degree in Carbon Finance from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc degree in Economics and Finance from Xi'an Jiaotong-liverpool University.
